These terms cover the accounts, storage, share links, member allowances and related features EduQuill provides. Using the service means you agree to them.

Accounts that break the acceptable-use rules may be restricted or closed.
1 · Scope
Service scope
EduQuill is a public file storage and sharing platform. Users upload and manage files and share them by link; anyone with a link can download free at a limited speed, and members download at full speed with resumable transfers, cloud-drive saving and other member features. Uploaders are responsible for the files they upload and share. We sell storage and download service — not ownership rights, licences or permissions in any file or third-party work.
2 · Accounts
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for files uploaded, stored, or shared through your account.
3 · Use
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for files that you own, created, or are authorized to store and share. You must not use EduQuill to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, host abusive or illegal content, run public piracy indexes, operate anonymous file-hosting workflows, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape private areas, or violate applicable law. 4 · Plans
Plans, allowances and payments
Plans include a daily number of new files at full speed, storage limits, cooldowns, multi-device/IP protections, anti-abuse checks and other fair-use controls. Each plan’s daily files are listed on the Pricing page: after the full-speed files you can start as many more at limited speed, one file at a time, and allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC.
Monthly and yearly plans are billed as auto-renewing subscriptions through our payment providers, each period until you cancel. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time under Account › Orders and keep access for the period already paid. Earlier quarterly subscriptions that are still active also renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.
Paid status is granted only after our server receives and verifies a successful payment notification, and recurring access is extended when the provider confirms a renewal payment.
5 · Refunds
Refunds and failed payments
Fees are generally non-refundable once paid access has been activated, unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case. We may decline or cancel access if a payment is reversed, disputed, rejected, or flagged as fraudulent. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
6 · Availability
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep the service available, but storage access, transfer speeds and share links may vary because of maintenance, network conditions, storage or payment provider issues, abuse controls or legal requests. We may change, pause or discontinue features when necessary.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, files, share links, transfer access or memberships that violate these terms, create operational risk, trigger repeated copyright complaints or harm the platform.
