Refunds & cancellation

Turn off auto-renewal yourself, anytime.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, and you can switch that off in your account whenever you like — no email, no waiting for support. After that nothing more is charged, and you keep the time you already paid for. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.

How to turn off auto-renewal

1. Log in

Use the account you bought the membership with and log in.

3. Confirm and turn off

Tick the confirmation box and choose Turn off auto-renewal.

4. See your end date

The page confirms auto-renewal is off and shows the date your access ends; the order shows as cancel scheduled. No further charges are made.

Can't log in, or the page asks you to contact support? Email [email protected] from your account email and we will turn it off for you and confirm within 1 business day. Changed your mind later? You can subscribe again anytime from Pricing.

2 · Renewals

How auto-renewal is billed

Monthly and yearly

Each period is charged when it starts — every month or every year — at the price confirmed at checkout, until you turn auto-renewal off. Your membership extends automatically after each successful renewal.

Lifetime

One payment. It never renews and there are no later charges.

Upgrading

When you upgrade, we stop the old subscription from renewing automatically, so you are never billed for two plans.

Earlier quarterly subscriptions

Quarterly is no longer sold. Quarterly subscriptions that are still active renew every quarter and can be turned off the same way at any time.

3 · Refunds

When we refund

We refund
  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase
  • A successful payment that did not activate your membership and that we cannot fix
  • Other technical billing errors on our side
  • Any case where applicable law requires a refund
Usually not refunded

Once a membership is active and has been used, fees are usually not refunded — for example a change of mind after activation, member downloads or allowances already used, an expired plan, or an account restricted for breaking our Terms. If your situation is unusual, tell us and we will review it individually.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, the order ID (shown under Account › Orders), the purchase date and what went wrong. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

4 · Payment problems

Failed, reversed and disputed payments

Talk to us first

If something looks wrong with a charge, email us first. When a refund is due we issue it directly — faster than a bank dispute, and it leaves your account untouched.

Failed or reversed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, is refunded or goes into a chargeback, the membership it paid for may be paused or removed while it is reviewed, and settled according to the outcome.

5 · Lifetime

About Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment that keeps member access for as long as your account and the EduQuill service exist, with no renewal charges. To keep the service stable, lifetime members follow the same fair-use allowances, account security, anti-abuse review and Terms as everyone else.
